- Running around after a 10 month old who walks between 2-10 steps at a time, by herself.
- She crawls and climbs and crawls faster and walks all over the place now.
- Making people food for her.
- She eats the same food as 2-5 year olds eat. The only baby food she will let me feed her once in a while is applesauce varieties and baby oatmeal cereal. She will let me spoon feed her yogurt, but nothing else. Everything she has to hand feed herself or she will let me put food in her mouth sometimes too.
- Changing diapers.
- Luci likes to wiggle and squirm and crawl away when I try to lay her down for a diaper change, doesn't matter if it's wet or poop, she tries to escape about 99% of her diaper changes daily. Anyone have any suggestions? I try new toys, kitchen gadgets, paper - but she will eat it if I'm not fast enough. Nothing works.
- Doing laundry.
- It's endless. Jason helps fold when I have a few loads to fold at night and we have energy while watching TV.
- Cooking.
- Constant cooking means constant dishes. I do dishes 2-4 times day.
- Cleaning the house.
- No explanation needed.
- Traveling from here to there and all over.
- Vacation with my parents and family.
- Vacation with my Husband.
- Funeral for a close family friend.
- Dealing with tantrums.
- Luci got some of her Daddy's Korean hard headed attitude.
I've GOT to go to sleep now.
My husband got promoted to a Sergeant. SGT No. He truly earned this one. I'm so proud of him. He turned 30 today.
wow! i read a thing that said to put a picture they can look at while you change your diaper but it sounds like that might not occupy luci if new toys don't! the laundry, people food, and dishes scare me. i've been doing about a load a day. i consider it an achievement if i can skip a day! i guess people food and dishes are in my future.
ReplyDeletethe travel also scares me! i don't know how you can travel with her by yourself! i know others who have done this too so maybe it is not as bad as i think...
