My Sick Baby

Luci got sick with a bad cold about a week ago, she also started teething (two bottom front bumps on her gums), so between the two she wasn't happy for a while. She wouldn't take any bottles for three days, but she would nurse (even though I make 10-20% of what she needs) at least she was getting a little bit. She would still eat her solids once a day though. She finally got better this weekend, but also got an ear infection too. She is on antibiotics now. I got sick about 5 days after her, then Jason got sick about 3 days after me. We're all feeling much better now. I'm still getting over my head congestion and have a lot of icky coughs that make me run to the sink.

Luci is sitting up by herself without support for a long time. Maybe ten minutes before she gets tired or falls over. She started sitting up at 5 months and 1 week old. At first it was just a minute or two, but a week later it's a lot longer. She has really good balance and loves sitting up and playing.
